In a post made to Reddit by client Serious_Wrangler2651, a player has found popular NPC Ria completely missing her head and still talking to the player. While absurd and comical all alone, what makes it much more clever is the dialog between Ria and the player-character. The player-character can ask for her assistance, but in this case, it seems as though Ria is the one that might require a bit of assistance. Skyrim might have a lot of bugs and glitches, but two or three them are serious, similar to the menu bug in Skyrim Anniversary Edition.

Other comments on the thread are brimming with jokes regarding heads and references to popular movies like Monty Python and the Sacred goals' infamous black knight scene.
